ReturnsPlease contact YGH and receive return instructions before sending products back. Unapproved returns can create customs, freight and receiving problems.
Coverage considerationsDamage related to misuse, incorrect installation, unsuitable power supply, unauthorized modification or repair, physical impact, lightning or surge events, or operation outside the product specification may fall outside warranty coverage.
Important: Return freight, replacement freight and other logistics responsibility are confirmed case by case according to the order terms and the verified issue.

Production & dispatchLead time is confirmed after the model, specification, quantity, customization, payment status and logistics plan are clear. OEM/ODM orders may require additional preparation time.
Customs & destination chargesImport duties, taxes, customs clearance and destination charges depend on the destination and the agreed shipping or trade terms. These responsibilities should be confirmed before shipment.
